All of these positions will have coach/staff help for coordination of efforts and distribution of duties.

Tent Setup – Night before the race

Meet the trailer at the Pit Zone to assist with setup. Usually, this is around 5:00PM the night before the race (or coordinated time around then). Assist with unpacking the trailer, and setting up tents, bike stands, tables, and other team equipment.

Tent Setup – Morning of the race

Meet at the team tent in the pit zone to assist with the team equipment setup for the day. (approximately. 7:00 a.m. on race day) This includes raising the team tents, setting up food, preparing the grill and the prep station, and making sure everything is ready to go for the day for when riders and other coaches arrive.

Tent Tear Down – Day of the race

Meet at the team tent in the pit zone to clean up and assist with the tear-down of the tent and other team equipment. Help load items into the trailer and distribute articles to volunteers for their duties in order to prepare them for the next race (Water bottle cleaning & ice chest care taker, etc.)
