Coordinate with the race team to take the race water bottles and cooler home or have them dropped off to you. Run the bottles through the dishwasher to clean them. Clean out the cooler and dry as preparation for the next event.

Before the next race, coordinate with the coaches on a drop-off or pick-up time. Fill the water bottles and place them in the cooler slightly before the coordinated drop-off or pick-up.
